The features of the Kite Window Cleaning Robot
Operating principle
Kite manufactures unique robot systems: a robot brush attached with 4 wires to the corners of the facade. The facade is mapped to automatically clean in vertical adjacent tracks controlled by 4 intelligent winches.
Minimal attachment
The robot is attached to the corners of the facade with 4 anchor points. These are placed out of sight and are compact. The small footprint allows the roof to be used for tenant access, solar panels and/or technical installations.
Easy to (dis)connect
The robot is easy to connect to the building. Once the robot is connected, it calibrates itself and automatically starts cleaning. After the facade has been cleaned, the robot returns to the starting position, where the system can be easily disconnected again.
When not in use, you will not see anything of the robot and the cables.

Kite Facade Cleaning Robot
With advanced technology and integrated safety features, our facade and window cleaning robot ensures optimal performance.
Purified water guarantees a spotless, streak-free finish. Using reverse osmosis technology, the water is purified without harmful chemicals, offering an eco-friendly, residue-free cleaning solution after drying.
The robot can be quickly attached to the building and easily detached and stored after use.
The brush efficiently removes dirt, dust, and stains. Its diameter, density, and rotation speed are customized to match the facade’s geometry, ensuring thorough cleaning of windows, frames, and cladding.
Every 10 milliseconds, our software model predicts operational parameters such as forces and positions, comparing them with real-time sensor data. If a significant deviation is detected, the system automatically pauses, recalibrates, and then resumes cleaning, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Our cables are crafted from premium materials, offering excellent UV resistance, abrasion resistance, and high breaking strength.
Kite online diagnostische software
Iedere Kite robot is gekoppeld aan een centrale database die relevante data meet en vastlegt. Dit stelt Kite in staat om operationele en functionele gegevens in te lezen en bij te houden, zoals draaitijd, krachten, verbruik en weerstand. Op basis van deze gegevens optimaliseren we het onderhoud en de vervanging van onderdelen naar gebruik en slijtage. Zo voorkomen we storingen zoveel mogelijk. Mocht er toch een storing optreden, dan bieden we direct op afstand ondersteuning. Dit is een standaard onderdeel van ons onderhoudscontract. Daarnaast is jaarlijks onderhoud, keuring en inspectie vereist.
Reinigingsmethode van de reinigingsrobot
De Kite robot, specialist in gevelonderhoud en glazenwassen, reinigt ramen en gevels met een roterende borstel en reverse osmosis water, zonder gebruik te maken van chemicaliën of reinigingsmiddelen. De roterende borstel verwijdert effectief vuil, stof en vlekken. Dankzij het gebruik van reverse osmosis water, dat vrij is van verontreinigingen en mineralen, drogen de ruiten streeploos op.Request a quote today
