PwC Amsterdam officially opened as first Paris Proof office

The renovated and sustainable PwC Netherlands office in Amsterdam has officially opened and immediately sets a new standard. It is the first PwC office in the Netherlands to be fully Paris Proof, thereby meeting the ambitious sustainability goals of the Paris Climate Agreement.

With, among other features, 3,200 solar panels, the building makes an important contribution to PwC’s ambition to become Net Zero. The festive opening was performed by CEO Maarten van de Pol, together with representatives of the City of Amsterdam and Florian Wagner, Managing Director of Quest Funds GmbH from Hamburg.

KITE also contributed to this sustainable project. With the use of our cleaning robots, the facades will now be cleaned completely safely and sustainably, without traditional facade maintenance systems. This contributes to more efficient building use and a future-proof solution.

We are proud of our collaboration with PwC Netherlands, NEW NRG Real Estate B.V., Van Zoelen B.V., IMd Consulting Engineers, Quest Funds GmbH, Kraaijvanger Architects, bbn advisors, and Aestate / ontrafelexperts. Thank you for the great cooperation and trust.

Together, we are making buildings smarter, safer, and more sustainable.
